WISE was created for women of all backgrounds who are passionate about sports and entertainment. We exist to provide space, opportunity, and support in industries where women are often underrepresented. At WISE, every woman belongs.

At WISE, we keep things simple: no dues, no pressure, just access. Members gain exclusive opportunities by being present, not perfect. We're focused on building a community that grows with you.

PILLARS

At the core of WISE, this pillar aims to cultivate an inclusive, supportive community where women can build genuine connections, collaborate, and grow together as the organization develops. 

This pillar focuses on building a welcoming community by creating fun, engaging events that help members connect and celebrate their shared passion for sports and entertainment. As WISE grows, we aim to host mixers, outings, and themed socials that bring everyone together. 

As we grow, this pillar reflects our goal to equip WISE members with the tools, opportunities, and mentorship needed to build confidence and prepare for successful careers in sports and entertainment. 

As a growing organization, this pillar reflects our goal to establish WISE as a positive force in the community. We aim to build partnerships, organize volunteer opportunities, and launch advocacy efforts that support women in sports and entertainment while uplifting the broader UT Austin student community.
